FlyBE is a UK regional airline operating flights within the UK and between the UK and Ireland, France, Spain, Italy, Germany and other European countries.
FlyBE offer three fare classes: Just Fly, Get More, and All In. The Just Fly fare include only the seat and carry-on luggage. Pay extra to send hold luggage.
In 2016 FlyBE carried around 8.8 million passengers.

Book tickets on the FlyBE website, by calling FlyBE, at the airport or through travel agents.
► Finding low priced flights on FlyBE
Pay with a debit card to avoid the 1% FlyBE credit card payment fee.
If you call FlyBE to make a booking, the fares are higher than on-line and you'll have to pay a £ 10 fee per sector booked. Book on-line for the best fares.

► Rebooking, change of name and cancelling tickets
FlyBE tickets can be changed on the airline's website up to two hours before departure.
If you make a time or route change to a Just Fly ticket, you'll have to pay a fee as well as the difference in price paid for the original ticket and the fare when you make the change. For on-line changes, the fee is £ 40.
You can change a Get More ticket without paying a change fee, but will have to pay the fare difference between the old and the new ticket.
All In tickets can be changed for free, but if you chose to change the route, the difference in fare between the old and new ticket must be paid.
To change the name on a ticket you will have to call FlyBE. The fee for a name change is £ 50 / € 65 for all ticket types.
There is no refund if you don't use a ticket or cancel before departure. You can request a refund of taxes on an unused ticket, but a processing fee of £ 25 will be deducted before the refund is issued.

► FlyBE baggage rules
Just Fly tickets does not include any hold luggage. You can pay extra for up to two luggage items with a total weight of not more than 46 kg. A single luggage item of up to 15 kg will cost you £ 19 when booked on-line.
The Get More fare include one hold luggage item that can weigh up to 23 kg. You can pay extra for one more luggage item.
All In fare include two items of hold luggage with a combined weight of up to 46 kg.
Add hold luggage to your ticket on the FlyBE website until two hours before departure. This is cheaper than paying at the airport.
The maximum allowed weight for carry-on luggage is 10 kg. The size of your one cabin baggage item must not exceed 55 x 35 x 20 cm.

► Checking in for your flight
On-line check in to FlyBE flights must be completed no later than 2 hours before departure.
Airport check-in counters are available at all airports, and some airports offer self-service check-in kiosks.
