The rules for rebooking, name change and cancellation of Condor flights depened on the ticket type. For some fare classes changes and cancellation is possible and subject to a fee. For the cheapest Condor flight tickets no changes are allowed and no refund is issued if the ticket is cancelled or not used.
You can check in up to 20 kg of luggage on Condor's European flights. For excess baggage you will be charged € 10 per kg.
One piece of hand luggage with a weight up to 6 kg is allowed. In addition you may bring a laptop computer.
The Condor fleet consists of aircrafts from both Boeing and Airbus. Boeing 767 and 757 and Airbus A320 and A321.
